A Second opinion
Have you ever queried your GP’s decision not to investigate further? If you feel that your doctor has missed something it can be extremely worrying; that all-important second opinion could reassure you, find something your own GP has missed, or even save your life.
Longer appointments
Summerfield Healthcare offer longer appointments with your GP, allowing you time to speak to a clinician properly without the feel of being rushed. A standard slot with a GP is 15 mins for single issue appointments, and we also offer you the ability to extend your time with the GP to 30 minutes to allow you to say all you need to say and discuss potential solutions.
Do I need insurance?
No private medical insurance is needed to book an appointment at Summerfield Healthcare as we accept self-funding patients on a pay as you go basis.
We appreciate that if you want to be seen quickly, you do not want to be kept waiting with lengthy insurance and sign-up processes which is why we simply take your details and book you in for your GP consultation.
