Patient satisfaction is important in every industry – but when it comes to healthcare it’s essential!
We continually strive to ensure our practice and the service we provide to patients is as good as it can be and to do this we ask all those people treated by our practitioners to complete our Improved Practice Questionnaire.
The results are fed back which enables us to produce a monthly report on how we have fared with the people who matter most – our patients. Here are the results for October:
We asked: “How likely are you to recommend our service to friends and family if they need similar care or treatment?”
The response: A total of 66% of our patients are ‘Extremely Likely’ to recommend our service to friends and family while 25% are ‘Likely’ to recommend our service.
We asked: “The recommendation I would give to my friends about the practitioner would be?”
The response: A total of 67% of our patients would recommend the practitioner they were seen by as ‘Excellent’ while 25% would recommend the practitioner as ‘Very Good’.
We asked: “My confidence in the practitioner’s ability is?”
The response: A total of 58% of our patients would recommend the practitioner they were seen by as ‘Excellent’, 33% of our patients would recommend the practitioner as ‘Very Good’ and 8% would recommend the practitioner as ‘Good’.
We asked: “My overall satisfaction with the practitioner is?”
The response: A total of 58% of our patients would rate their overall satisfaction with their practitioner they were seen by as ‘Excellent, 29% would rate their overall satisfaction as ‘Very Good’ and 12% would rate their overall satisfaction as ‘Good’.
Patient comments about us included:

“A great service that I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.” – Annabel, from Coven.
“I went to Shrewsbury for a blood test with Natalie Coles. What a fabulously stress free experience compared to going to the hospital. No queue of traffic to get into the car park, lots of free parking right outside the door, my appointment was on time, no waiting and I can honestly say that it was the best blood test I’ve ever had.” – Gaynor.

Due to the recently announced lockdown in England, Summerfield Healthcare is currently only able to offer a limited number of clinical services including:
For some services we continue to offer such as health checks and minor surgery we are now providing COVID-19 testing for all patients and Doctors. This is mandatory due to the proximity of the practitioner, the duration of the appointment and multiple clinicians also being involved in your treatment. An additional £10 will be included in the appointment fee at the point of payment to cover the cost of COVID testing, and your booking confirmation will reflect this requirement. This is not required for blood testing due to the short duration of appointments and reduced risk of exposure.
If you cannot find the service you are looking for or it is not available to book due to the lockdown, please enter your details below and the service you require and we will contact you when the service resumes. Please remember that all COVID testing services are continuing during lockdown.
