Following the latest government guidance and restrictions in November 2020 we have compiled a list of FAQs to help reassure our patients that the appropriate COVID-19 and safety and hygiene precautions are being taken at Summerfield Healthcare.

Is Summerfield Healthcare open during November 2020?

Summerfield Healthcare will continue to provide vital healthcare services during the upcoming lockdown and our advice to patients is to not ignore your health or avoid any important appointments because of COVID-19.

We will remain fully open throughout November and all of our clinics are going ahead with additional safety precautions in place.

You can feel safe in the knowledge that when you visit Summerfield Healthcare, following government guidelines extra precautions have been taken to ensure you are in a COVID safe environment, including regular cleaning of all surfaces and equipment and strict PPE and social distancing measures.

What PPE and safety measures are in place?

All of our clinicians and medical professionals wear protective masks and gloves for clinics, replacing them after every appointment. Strict social distancing guidelines are followed and the health of our patients is our number one priority. We want you to feel reassured when visiting Summerfield Healthcare that every precaution has been taken to ensure you are kept safe.

I have symptoms of COVID-19, can I still attend my appointment?

Can I order a COVID-19 coronavirus testing kit?

Yes- Summerfield Healthcare offer a range of options to help ensure you get a vital COVID-19 test kit, including mail order kits and collection clinics in Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton. If you or a family member have symptoms of COVID-19 we can arrange for a test to be posted to you special delivery.
