Blood Tests

ECGs

An electrocardiogram (ECG) is a simple test that allows you to monitor your heart’s rhythm and electrical activity.

It is used alongside other tests to help diagnose and monitor conditions affecting the heart, such as arrhythmias, coronary heart disease, heart attacks and cardiomyopathy. An ECG can be required for various medicals or if you are experiencing chest pain, palpitations (suddenly noticeable heartbeats), dizziness and shortness of breath.

Usually priced at £79, we can provide you with a bespoke offer based on on how many ECGs you require.

A series of ECGs can also be taken over time to monitor a person already diagnosed with a heart condition or taking medication known to potentially affect the heart. Summerfield Healthcare now also offer an ‘ECG at home’ service, where you and your staff can receive a mail order ECG, to monitor your heart at work and in the comfort of your own home.

Menopause Support

Menopause support is fast becoming a key healthcare initiative for many companies. Summerfield Healthcare’s menopause team have a special interest in the management of all symptoms of the menopause. This includes lifestyle advice, as well as prescribing hormone replacement therapy (HRT) in the form of oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone.

Usually priced at £275 for an initial consultation, we can provide you with a bespoke offer based on how many staff you have interested in the menopause service.
