Counselling and Psychotherapy is available to anyone from 13 years of age upward. A parent or guardian would need to give consent and accompany a young person aged 13-16 to the clinic. Due to the confidential nature of therapy young people can choose whether they wish to involve parents or guardians in individual appointments.
The initial appointment will focus on assessing needs and providing an opportunity to discuss any questions you may have about the process and content of therapy.
